On Thursday the 22nd of October Buffalo will be the focus of our webinar series ‘Promising Cities for International Business’. In cooperation with WTC Buffalo Niagara we will give you insight into the promising sectors that Buffalo, USA offers.
With more than 260,000 inhabitants Buffalo is the second largest city in the American state of New York. Above all, its proximity to the world-famous Niagara Falls makes the city so famous.
Buffalo calls itself the “City of Light” both because of the abundant hydropower made possible by nearby Niagara Falls, and because it was the first city in America to have electric street lights. The region’s largest economic sectors are healthcare and education, whose growth was partly sustained by major expansions of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and the University in Buffalo.
During this webinar the city will be presented with a short video, promising sectors will be discussed, export and import opportunities will be discussed, as well as the way of doing business and how to get in touch with a reliable business partner.
